Shipping policy

Gamers Garage ships across India from Andheri East, Mumbai. We don't ship outside India at the moment.
When your order is ready
- Skins, shrouds and sets: usually ready to ship about five working days after we confirm your order.
- Custom gaming PCs, workstations, car-shell PCs and Snowblind upgrades: build time depends on the parts and the design. We agree it with you in your quote.
- Launch pre-orders: we confirm your delivery date with you before you pay.
Delivery
We ship by courier and send you the tracking details on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Skins ship rolled in a tube, and PCs ship in protective packaging.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge is included in the total we confirm with you before you pay.
Delays and failed deliveries
If your order is going to be later than the date we confirmed, we tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date with you.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive it, we send it again once the extra courier charge has been paid.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our refund and cancellation policy explains what happens next.
