Terms of service

These terms apply when you use gamersgarage.in or order from Gamers Garage by WhatsApp, phone or email. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

gamersgarage.in is run by Gamers Garage, a sole proprietorship owned by Yash Lodha, at 2nd Floor, 3/11 Post Office Building, J B Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27ANPPL2971H1ZK). "We", "us" and "our" mean Gamers Garage.

2. How ordering works

  • A pre-order or quote request on this site prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send us. Sending it doesn't commit you to buy.
  • We reply to confirm fit, the final price and the delivery date. For custom builds we also agree the parts list with you.
  • Your order is placed when you accept our confirmation and pay. If we enable online payment on this site, an order is placed when you complete checkout and we confirm it.
  • We can decline an order, for example if we can't source the parts or make it to our standard. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Launch prices shown on the site can change, but the price in your confirmation won't.
  • Products marked "On quote" are priced per build.
  • Your confirmation shows the total amount, including GST and any delivery charge.
  • You pay after we confirm, using the payment options we give you. Online payments, when available, are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we tell you before you pay and you decide whether to go ahead.

4. Made-to-order products

  • Skins are cut to the case model you give us, so please check it. If the model you gave us is wrong, a replacement skin is chargeable.
  • Printed colours can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen.
  • Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy, and delivery by our shipping policy.

5. Warranty

Components in a PC build carry their manufacturers' warranties, and we help you with warranty claims. Problems with our own work are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. Before you give us a PC for an upgrade or repair, please back up your data. We aren't responsible for data lost during the work.

6. Artwork and content

The artwork, designs, photos and text on this site and on our products belong to Gamers Garage. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy or resell its design. If you send us your own design to print, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We can refuse designs that use other people's characters, logos or artwork.

7. Using this site

Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security or copy its content for commercial use. We try to keep information on the site accurate, but it may contain errors, and we can update or remove content at any time.

8. Our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded by agreement.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most issues can be settled quickly. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
